This suit is not for everyone! The
Harddog's Requisites Low Profile Trainer™
is intended for use by experienced trainers who understand safety for both dog and decoy. We designed this suit to meet the needs of the advanced trainer to help the dog develop a more open-mouth, athletic compression grip.
This suit has a tighter, more contoured shape to the legs and arms than conventional sport suits. The jacket has an athletic cut that is fitted closely at the waist and has smaller-diameter sleeves. The
LPT™ is tailored with ample chest, shoulder and back biting surfaces for more center-mass training. The suit legs are shaped to allow natural movement at the knees and hips. The
LPT™ fits comfortably and provides excellent decoy protection.
When training with a conventional sport suit, the dog typically bites the material and may intermittently bite the decoy. The
LPT™ is designed to present a more realistic grip for the dog by requiring more compression and a larger, open-mouth bite. The
LPT™ has a tailored, more contoured fit which leaves no extra material for the dog to bite - the dog must consistently bite the decoy.
